Head of School

Administers the day to day operations of the school and is responsible for the school’s success..  The position provides, spiritual, educational, and administrative leadership to the school and its programs.  It is his/her responsibility to inspire, lead, and direct all phases of the school’s operations, including school curriculum development, personnel matters (recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and staff retention.  The position is responsible to ensure the implementation of the school philosophy, mission, and core values, curriculum and materials are compatible with the school’s mission of educating the students through a biblical worldview with a strong appreciation of our national heritage.

The Head of School works closely with the parents to ensure communication is of the highest priority of their student’s academic progress and performance in all areas.  This position takes the lead to promote a balanced academic learning environment which is caring, nurtured, and biblically based.

The Head of School reports to and takes direction for the Board of Directors and must act in accordance with the policies established by the Board.
