The mission of The SEED Program is to equip Christian schools with a scripturally rooted, year-long personal and professional development process that cultivates a Christ-centered, biblical worldview environment of transformational learning and living for all. Biblical worldview is not something “we do.” It does not take the form of an educational “objective,” a required field on a lesson plan template, a two-day training, a summer conference, or a CEU reward system.
A biblical worldview is a Christ-centered state of heart and mind, genuinely desiring to become increasingly kingdom-focused. It is a scripturally led, spiritually disciplined, and Savior-inspired life “lived out.” Biblical worldview education is the calling that prepares and equips others for such an existence.
In other words, biblical worldview education is discipleship.
“A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher.”
Luke 6:40

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the SEED program?
SEED (Spiritual Equipping & Education Development) is a program designed to assist Christian educators in developing and implementing a biblical worldview in both their personal and professional lives. SEED provides faculty and staff with the tools they need to develop strong spiritual foundations that influence every facet of Christian education through guided packets, scripture-based reflection, and hands-on educational application.
Who is SEED designed for?
The SEED program is great for Christian school faculty, staff, and leadership teams. Furthermore, it’s effective for large school communities, small groups, or individual teachers seeking a deeper biblical worldview that goes beyond the curriculum and into daily rhythms, habits, and decision-making.
How is SEED different from traditional professional development?
Most professional development focuses on skills, strategies, or compliance. SEED focuses on formation. It intentionally bridges scripture, spiritual habits, and educational practice by helping educators grow personally so that what they teach and model flows from a deeply rooted biblical worldview.
What does a SEED packet include?
Each SEED packet follows a consistent four-part framework:
-
SOW – Reflection on spiritual rhythms and priorities
-
KNOW – Biblical foundations rooted in Scripture
-
GROW – Connecting theology to worldview formation
-
SHOW – Practical application within Christian education
Packets include Scripture study, guided reflection, practical prompts, and space for notes, prayer, and discussion.
Does SEED require prior training or theological background?
No. SEED is accessible to educators at all stages of spiritual growth and professional experience. The materials guide participants through scripture, reflection, and application without requiring advanced theological training.
How does SEED impact school culture?
When faculty and staff grow together spiritually, schools experience greater unity, clarity of purpose, and alignment with their Christian mission. SEED helps schools move from simply claiming a biblical worldview to intentionally living and modeling it in every area of school life.
